Arby's has a new limited-edition item that will turn heads. The chain's first burger counts.

 It's the heaviest, beefiest burger a quick-service brand currently offers and made with top-quality beef.

The new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger has the largest fast-food beef patty at 6.4 ounces before prep.

That's 50% more meat than a Quarter Pounder. The meat is 52% American Wagyu and 48% beef.

American Wagyu is a hybrid of buttery, tender Japanese Wagyu beef. Waygu is a rare meat.

Arby's cooks this exclusive burger using sous vide.

The cooking method crisps the burger edges and tenderises the inside.
